About
Hello homeowners! Hello agents!
My name is Monika and those close to me call me Moni for short (which is where Har-Moni came from!) I have a true love and passion for interior designing however, that passion was put on hold to raise three beautiful children, until now! Thanks to my loving supportive family, I was able to get trained from the New York Institute of Art and Design to finally turn my hobby into a career as a real estate stager and private interior designer :)
My goal with each client is to to make the process of redesigning their room(s) as easy and painless as possible! The goal is to either make your house look beautiful for the real-estate market or just for you and your family.
What is Home staging?
Great question! As a home-stager, I can help with highlighting the positive features of the home by using simple arrangements of accessories to create long lasting impressions. With all the skills and knowledge I have in the area, I am able to create a very attractive house. For example, I can help by redesigning a new atmosphere in the room even with using your own furniture. The goal is to set a "stage" for target buyers. I am interested in transforming your place to the best it can be.
I like to view home staging as a form of art. We will work together to get this work of art your home is presenting for sale!

Staging Services
Staging Consultation
During the staging consultation, I will tour your home and give you detailed recommendations for each room. It will take around 1-2 hours. After the consultation, I will provide you with a prioritized “to-do" list and if necessary, paint color recommendations as well as other resources to make your home look beautiful.
Occupied Home Staging Consultation/ Redesign Services
You don’t have to buy a new house with new furniture to get a nice atmosphere and harmony around you. Making small changes, with my help, you can get a new fresh look of your home. For occupied homes, I will work with your existing furniture when making recommendations. Some of my recommendations might be to de-clutter, depersonalize, or arrange furniture and decor to highlight the best features of your home.
Design Services
I can also help you create a cozy and comfortable space in your new home by assessing your home and coming up with a beautiful and functional furniture layout.
Color Consultation
I can help you choose the right color for your home. With my training and experience in color trends, we can choose the right color scheme for your home complementing your home's architecture. We can create the mood and harmony that you are looking for!
